Emanuela Nyantakyi holds a Bachelor of Science Technological University of Munich and a Master of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Policy from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She has been able to gather practical experiences in various stakeholder organizations in the healthcare sector, ranging from federal institutions, consultancies to global pharmaceutical companies.

Both her bachelor as well as master thesis used statistical approaches to explore infection prevention and control-related health policy questions.

Her master thesis was completed in cooperation with GlaxoSmithKline Germany. Her PhD research integrates systems thinking approaches into implementation science research and is primarily focused on the EU Horizon 2020 project NeoIPC.
