In its new report, the Swiss Academy of Medical Sciences discusses the standing of implementation science in Switzerland.
As of yet, implementation science is a relatively new field in Switzerland but thanks to institutions such as the Swiss Implementation Science Network (IMPACT) and the Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care (IfIS), the knowledge transfer from research into practice is being researched here.
The afterword of the report was written by a team from IfIS and demands the promotion of implementation science both in research and education.
