Saskia Oesch (-Walker) studied nursing science at HES-SO Valais (BSc, 2010). After this, she worked as a nurse and nursing expert in the field of internal medicine and infectious diseases at the University Hospital of Zurich and completed the Master of Nursing Science at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur (MSc, 2016).

Between 2016 and 2020, Saskia Oesch worked as Head of Processes and Projects in the Nursing Department of Internal Medicine and Oncology at the University Hospital of Zurich.

Between October 2021 and March 2022, she was a research associate at the Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care at the University of Zurich and in addition to her work as a research associate, she worked as a project manager at the Directorate of Nursing and Allied Health Professions Office at the University Hospital of Zurich.

Since March 2022, Saskia is a PhD student at the Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care at the University of Zurich.
