Roswitha Kringel has worked as a physiotherapist (University Hospital Würzburg) in clinics and practices mainly in the fields of neurology, orthopedics, and cardiology. After her master’s degree in German and Italian studies (Universities of Bonn and Florence), she worked for many years in cultural management at theaters and opera houses. From 2012, she worked for the medical and clinical directorate of the University Children’s Hospital Zurich, where she gained extensive experience in change management. While working, she earned a CAS in Health Care Leadership. The two CAS in Health Economics and Epidemiology & Biostatistics of the MPH program of the Universities Basel, Bern and Zurich led her to the University of Zurich. Here, she has been supporting Prof. Lauren Clack’s group at the Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care at the Faculty of Medicine as a research coordinator since October 2022.
