Laura Caci studied at the University of Basel from 2016 to 2021. In her Master's degree, she specialized in Clinical Psychology and Neurosciences. In her master's thesis, she used systematic review and meta-analysis, in which she investigated the effectiveness of hospital clowns in reducing pain and anxiety of hospitalized children. Laura was a PhD student at IfIS from 2021 to 2025. During her PhD, she has mostly focused on the REVERSE study.  In her doctoral thesis, Laura has studied how Organizational Readiness for Change influences the implementation of  Infection Prevention and Control measures. As of 2025, Laura is a research associate working on REVERSE.
