- How do contextual factors (such as the political environment or the internal and external context of a health care organization) influence the success - or failure - of implementing a new discovery or an evidence-based practice?
- How can these contextual factors be modified to increase chances of success?
- How can evidence-based practices and implementation strategies be tailored to improve implementation in a given context?
- What are the most effective strategies to de-implement practices that are no longer effective or were never effective in the first place?
